From the resusagespma table, *all* CPU data is binned in 4 buckets, such that CPUIdle + CPUSysOh + CPUUServ + CPUUExec = all CPU time
In which bucket is the CPU for operating sys and other non-Teradata tasks (eg ftp) binned under? CPUUServ?
To monitor Teradata DB performance, should the non-Teradata tasks be excluded from the CPU buckets? I guess the assumption is that the
nodes primarily run Teradata processes.
