Hi,

I had a problem wherein we had the database refusing connection "ONLY" from the node where the database is installed. The resolution given to us by NCR (as for now) is restarting the database and rebooting the box. That solves the problem somehow but it recurs at intervals (twice in 3 weeks).

Anybody got any clues as to why this is the case.
