The actmain.exe processes are your AMP workers so they are supposed to be the top processes on your box. If they weren't that would be a
problem.
100% CPU utilization I would say is normal under any sort of query/load strain. You may have some rogue queries or some database tuning
that needs to happen and you may want to check out how your priority scheduler is setup.
Is it causing problems or does the 100% utilization just alarm you?
