Using this syntax the statements would be executed in parallel. If each item was destined for a different AMP the parallel query would probably run about 3 times faster than if the statements were executed sequentially.

(You can do the same thing in SQL Assistant by using the 'Execute Parallel' button. In this case it makes no difference where you place the semi-colons.)
