You should make sure all jobs have completed and you have multiple backups before V2R5 upgrade. If the upgrade fails or run into
problems with V2R5, you're looking at data reload. You can't switch the version and go back.
IMHO, V2R5 is not ready for prime time. See how many large (over 60 nodes) are running V2R5 in production.
V2R5.1.0 release got delayed until November, 2003. This tells me that they're having lots of problems.
