I am successfully using Perl's DBI/DBD::ODBC combination to connect to Teradata from my Client PC. Now I need to run my Perl scripts from a Unix host for performance testing. I tried to use DBD::Teradata Release 1.13, but I don't succeed in calling Stored Procedures, which I absolutely need. Is there another way to connect to Teradata from Perl on Unix without needing to install proprietary software? If I managed to install DBD::ODBC on Unix, is there an ODBC driver for Teradata for Sun Solaris? Did anyone succed in calling Stored Procedures from Perl on Unix using any other driver layer? Thank you for your help! Matthias Muth
