I am writing a customized ETL procedure for bringing data from Oracle servers to a Teradata datawarehouse. I would like to concentrate my
code in the Teradata machine using Perl. Thanks to the tips of this forum, I've got Perl 5.6.1 running on a WorldMark 4400 with DBI and
some DBD drivers already installed and running. I am interested in running Perl scripts on the NCR server accessing the Oracle servers via
DBI and DBD::Oracle. But to compile DBD::Oracle I need an Oracle client installed in the machine. I would appreciate to hear how I could do
this in Unix MP-RAS.
