This seems to be a very common problem. Faced this problem numerous times where the developer drops all work tables as a rule even in case of a abend. The problem may be becasue most of the jobs have a step before that drops the error & work tables before the MLOAD starts. This is fine when the job ends successfully, but results in having to go thru hoops when the job fails.
