Is there an easy way to see and remove locks on one table.

Yesterday we loaded one table with the ETL Datastage. Le job was finished, but today we can't do operations on this table (even select ). Our Dba has not yet used Teradata Manager to see and remove locks ! We are blocked in our development job !

Do we have to use tools, isn't it possible to see and remove locks using SQL?
