When I read the dictionary table (DBC.COLUMNS) for data-type, I am getting only the abbreviated value for the ColumnType. Therefore, I need to use the CASE statement for every possible data-type abbreviation to print the table structure from the dictionary.

Is there any table available in the dictionary that gives the full expansion for the ColumnType?
