We moved our Dell Teradata server to a new facility. The ip address changed and now we can't get the database started. In MultiTool the PDE is up and the DBS is down. In Windows 2000 Event view we receive a Error message. The Teradata Channel IOCTL driver service depends on the following non-existant service: BtiAPapi.

We have been throught the PUT utility to change our LAN adapters but to no avail.

Can anone help me on this? What happens when you change the address of a Teradata server. single node.
