Subj:		Indexes and multiload

I am a complete beginner in Teradata. I have in hands a database with a very poor performance. I am gradually discovering what's wrong with the current configuration. For example, no indices. (Yes! I said no indices.) I am beginning to define some indices and test the performance of typical queries.

Would I have problems when using multiload, after these indices have been created? There is some kind of constraint that says tables which are going to be used in these massive data loads are allowed to have indices?

Sorry for the totally na=EFve question. But I have to get the slightest clue about the rightness of what I am doing. The creation of these indices on the largest tables are taking hours. If I would have to drop them before load, I will be in trouble. Then I ask before proceeding.
