Thanks for the reply. Here are the answers to your questions.

1) What is the fastload version that you are using? What is your AIX OS version.

Fastload version: 07.04.00
AIX Version: I am using both 4.3.3 and 5.1

2) What is the cc and ld commands that you used for building your access module. What is the compiler name and its version?

Compiler Info: VisualAge C++ Professional / C for AIX Compiler, Version 5

(One quick note - I have not had a problem using quotes around the script in the past)
