I have tried the setup again and it worked out fine. I suppose that the problem could be because of some installation issue. just try to uninstall the executable and reinstall it again. Also, check if the problem exist only with V2R5 or the lower versions as well.

You can aswell get the QCD schema script from the Tools->Control Center->Setup QCD->View Schema and submit it through bteq or Execute SQL or SQL Administrator and check where it is failing. I did not see any another such scenario.
