Queryman is renamed as 'Teradata SQL Assistant' in the later releases. Could you please check if the option "Tools->Options->Answer Set- > Display Full Accuracy for Decimal(16) and above" is available and if YES, please check this option and retry the SELECT statement. The results should be displayed now with out rounding.
