The last I checked, the Teradata Stored Procedure support looks specifically for VC++ 6.0, and won't work with VC++ 7.0 (.NET) or VC++ 7.1 (.NET 2003).

It actually looks for a registry entry that's specific to VC++ 6.0, if I remember right.
