Hi,

When I'm doing the FAST EXPORT to a file , the null values in the table is converted to blanks/spaces? Most of the columns are VARCHAR type so I need to code the XPORT SQL as fixed block so that the file can be used for Fast Load

SELECT
COL1 (CHAR(10)),
COL2 (INTEGER)
FROM TABLE

My question is, how the NULL value in COL1 is exported as space/blank???

Your help would be highly appreciated
