Incomplete is not correct. The existing data will be there and data from the load will be there to the extent that the load has been
proceesed. That may or may not be inconsistent depending on whether the user/query is sensitive to the partially loaded data. This can
usually be managed with date constraint on the queries if they are sensitive to part of a load being completed. But many queries are not
sensitive to this at all, or perhaps even see it as a feature to see as much of the data as possible.
