Hi,

There's nothing 'automated', but I know of one customer site who used to issue "revoke logon..." commands for their end-users during critical batch processing periods. At the end of the processing they would simply issue "grant logon..." commands. Both of these scripts (revoke and grant) can be run as bteq scripts in batch and hence automated (i.e. scheduled) to fit in with your data loads.
