Are you using the PMON application or the Session Information application? Session Information app has filters for "Active" sessions,
Idle Sessions, blocked, unusual, etc as well as "Show all Sessions"
Be sure your have the appropriate filter...
Another thing is monitor refresh rates, if there set to high (say 60 minutes) you will miss login events, I set rates at about 10 second
intervals...
