Chris,
In the native CLI, there's an interface to the monitor functionality. The statement is "MONITOR SQL". It needs the host number and
session number and it returns (up to) 3 sets of record parcels. The first contains the SQL, the second contains the explain step count and
the third contains the individual explain step(s). The PM/API documentation contains a full interface description.
