Subj:   Oracle to Teradata and vise versa

From:   Mohommod Khan

I need to import and export data from Oracle to Teradata and vise versa. I know we have the OLE DB, part of the TUF utility, that will allow me to import from ORACLE, which is a one way migration, but I am interested on some thing that may work both ways.

Now there is some thing similar in ORACLE, the 'Gateway' that looks other databases, including Teradata and can send/receive data in two ways. Can this be done using what we have now (I am trying to avoid exporting data to a host and write ORACLE procedures)?

Is the warehouse builder capable of doing some thing like this? Any info/suggestions is appreciated. TIA
