An addendum to Ian Russell's comments regarding ODBC DateTimeFormat. These settings are only effective at session logon; if you're
already logged on, you'll need to log off and log on again to see the difference.
As Ian noted, an "I" in one of the positions (for Date, Time, Timestamp, respectively) causes the driver to quietly modify certain SQL
elements dealing with the corresponding ANSI datatype, in an attempt to provide backward compatibility with V2R2 and earlier. An "A" causes
those elements to be passed as written.
