Does any one out there have experience with NetVault with Teradata plug-in backup job initiated by Tidal (sysadminal) scheduling software?

ARC 06.09.00.00
NetVault 6.5.1
DBS V2R4.1.3

I am having problem getting correct status to return in order to code Tidal for operator handling. ARC return code match to NetVault status as following:

0       success  (completed)
<=8   success  (completed with warning)
> 8     failed (failed)

NCR/GSC suggested to grep log file for severity level 8 if wish to separate from severity level 4. Any example or details out there would be appreciated.

Any experience shared in this area will be very much appreciated.
