V2R5 supports more than 256 columns in a table. However, the documentation is unclear as to whether or not the load utilities and fastexport have been similarly updated. The BTEQ manual specifically states it was updated to accommodate changes to DBMS maximums, but MultiLoad just says it was updated to accommodate the Chinese character set. Same for other utilities. Anyone tried it yet?
