Hi,

CylsSavedForPerm is a DBSCONTROL parameter and DBSCONTROL runs from a command prompt.

you build a script like

dbs.txt
    display file
    quit

( don't forget the quit )

then issue

dbscontrol < dbs.txt | grep "Cylinders Saved for PERM"
