Subj: | | Re: Default database name in bteq |
|
From: | | John Adams |
| My problem is that I use more than one database per script so I can't just set one database as the default. What I do use per script
is for exampleall databases whose name starts with 'first_' or starts with 'sustainment_'. | |
Of course, you could do this outside bteq with Perl, but a better method might be to use the C pre-processor to sub in appropriate
values. We make extensive (possibly overly extensive) use of this in our environment.
Thanks,
