Our Teradata Manager Server collects (the screens describe it as 'Monitors') every 60 secs. Our Alerts are refreshed every 60 secs.
One of our most valuable additions has been a Visual Basic program which we developed to connect to Performance Monitor through the PM
API. It displays additional alert information to us using the standard windows of the Alert Viewer.
