Folks, We are having some problems migrating a stored procedure from development, which runs on windows 2000, to production, which is a worldmark 4800 box. This stored procedure contains really huge and complex SQL. Initially, when we tried to create this stored procedure, we got an error 3710 - parse error. THerefore, we increased the maxparsetreesegs parameter in dbscontrol\ performance from 32 to 1000. After then, we were able to create the procedure. Now, when we want to call the procedure in production. We are getting a syntax error message 3707: Procedure_name:Syntax error, expected something like a name or '*' or a 'ROWID' keyword between '.' and a string. This procedure seems to have run without problems in the development box (on windows platform). I also tried to increase dictionary cache size, but this did'nt fix the problem. what can we do next? Does anyone have ideas? Thanks Bhupesh Singu
