If you find it...Let the rest of the list know because I think the answer unfortunately is that there is not much help out there (short
of maybe tossing some money into NCR consulting/professional services or others that are out there) to expedite your learning curve.
Collection/sampling rates and much of the customization of TDM are somewhat site specific and as much dependant on your workload as well as
your administrative/management objectives. That may be part of the reason there are no TDM quick start docs or TDM guidelines docs that I
have ever come across but I always keep my eyes open!....Guess that makes me an optimist....
