A LAN session number is assigned to a session during the connect/logon process. One of the gateway processes, the assign
task(/tgtw/bin/ycgastsk),assigns the session number to the new session. If I am not mistaken, the gateway sets aside some session ids for
internal sessions(eg.LAN sessions launched on behalf of utilities like locklogger etc). I think that's the reason when you reset the session
number, it may not start from '1'.
