When I check the Software Event Log in the Teradata Manager I got the following error. I have noticed that the same error sometimes before too. What is the significance of this?

We have been lately experiencing some Network Timeouts. The first level of Session balancing in our case is done by the Network. Is this something to do with Network Timeouts?
