minuses, solutions (or at least pointers to solutions)

Most of the times depend on NCR and forums like TDATA and TekTips.

Lacks finer details when compared to the quality of articles at sites like datawarehouse.com / dw-institute.com and other "data warehouse"

How about adding downloadable recorded technical lectures (mpeg, mp3 formats) to the site?
