If you pre-process the delimited file first it can be FastLoaded. I've done this using SAS to create a fixed format file which then loads OK.

If you have the SAS to Teradata access interface, the file can be loaded into Teradata without an intermediate file. I've not been able to try this though.

Otherwise try COBOL to process the file....
