I want to run a series of SQL statements including macros, and I want them all to use the same date values. The execute (macro) (period_start_date = '2003-01-01', period_end_date = '2003-01-31'); works fine - if it's only one statement or transaction. But I have multiple statements that I need to use the same :period_start_date and :period_end_date. I want to input the dates ONLY ONCE, either in the script itself or by invoking bteq from the command line. Any ideas? Thanks. Sam Sterling
