All,
David used the following information to fix his system:
The createfile error in the event log happens on any system not installed with PUT. It should be ignored for a demo system.
You might be having problems with the Teradata Gateway; therefore, use notepad to insert the text below into a file named
tgtw_service.reg. Execute tgtw_service.reg to modify your registry database. To execute the reg file double-click it from Windows
Explorer. Then change the tdmst value in the etc\services file to 1025 and reboot the PC. The Teradata Gateway should then work OK with
port 1025.
