Julie,

Unfortunately, even if you have your users use views with the 'LOCKING FOR ACCESS' statement in them, Multiload will still wait until their query completes before beginning the load.

The best option I've found so far is to abort user queries during the batch window. You could also set their spool space to 0 temporarily so that they couldn't re-submit their queries. After the loads have completed, you could return their spool space to normal.
