Hi,

This is regarding large file size with perl and mload on Windows 2000 platform... We are expecting a file with a size of more than 5GB...

Before loading into teradata, we need to validate the data using perl script... How to handle such large file sizes in perl...

there is package called "Tie::File" is available... But that is freeware... but we are not interested to work on freeware packages...

does anybody have any idea about where to get the such packages with support (not freeware)...

for mload, does NCR have any patch to support large file size on windows 200...
