Hello,

Please can someone say me what the syntax is to use subqueries to retrieve values in the set clause of an update?

like this :

update xxxx set DATE_FIN_VALD_INFO=
(
select DATE_DEBU_VALD_INFO from zzzz
)
where code_ape_insee='xxxx'

It does not work, i have the following syntax error :

*** Failure 3706 Syntax error: expected something between '(' and the
'select' keyword.
