Hi, folks, Later this month, we'll be at a patch level that lets us use stored procedures safely. Early last year, we had a brief restart due to using stored procedures while _not_ being at that patch level. As a result, there's a little gun-shyness about turning them back on. I've been asked to recommend whether or not we turn them back on and authorize them for use on our systems and I'm having a hard time coming up with arguments _against_ using them. Can anyone give me good reasons to completely disallow use of stored procedures? Thanks, John A
