The information from the Show Table command most likely came from view in DBC like Databases, Columns, Tables, Indices
A description of DBC.Tables for example - Each row of the DBC.Tables view provides information about a table, view, stored procedure or
macro. The column names are: DatabaseName, TableName, TableKind, CreatorName, ProtectionType, RequestText, and CommentString.
With these views you can format reports to taste.
