Ref: In other words a numeric value of 17 positions or more, inserted in a decimal(18,0) column has the low order digits changed. Why?
. Any fix for it.
I assume you used queryman. BTEQ seems to display the correct results when we tried it.
Another example: If you enter 2.1234567890123456 into a field defined as decimal(18,16) , queryman displays only 12 digits -
2.123456789012 when we tried it some months ago. BTEQ displayed it correctly
