I currently have access to Support Link, which is going to be discontinued on December 3rd. I've attempted to get access to the new
NCR@YourService (1) by calling the NCR Sales Center as instructed and leaving a voice mail, (2) by sending an email to "contact us" (which
went to the Sales Center), and (3) by sending feedback from within Support Link. The only response I've received so far was from the
Support Link feedback, which told me to contact the Sales Center. My local NCR reps don't have any more info than what I have. How did
other people get access? Thank you.
