Some clarification here; the latest R4 indexing schemes allows non-PI (as in VOI and join-indexes on a single table (aka covered index))
to have a different hash key. This will allow joining on those indexes. Also, the use of NUSIs to select ROWids of primary rows and then
join to only those rows by the hask-key is an option for the Optimizer to choose.
