When doing a "normal" INSERT to a table, I notice that the PERMSPACE peeked out at 3.2 gig. but when the all the rows were inserted and
the transaction complete, the permspace was back down to 2.5 gig. What happens during a INSERT that would use PERMSPACE under that Database
name?? There is no befroe and after journalling being done. The only thing I know of is TJ, but that goes under DBC.
