Correct - it must be the combination of 4.1 or higher with Teradata Manager 5.0 or higher. It will also let you look at a simplified version of the Explain, the current step being executed, as well as information about skew % for a session. You should also be able to set up Teradata Manager alerts to notify you when things get out of whack based on skew % for a given duration, based on variables you define.
