Has anyone been successful at using the "new and improved" My Support Link to see your site's incidents? Every time I try, I get the following annoying message:

Because user traffic is unexpectedly high a system response to your request was not received within the expected timeframe. Please resubmit your request after two minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
