The problem with:

EndTime TIME(0),

versus

EndTime INTEGER FORMAT '99:99:99',

is in the ODBC driver settings. Edit one of your DSNs and take a look at 'Options>>'. Change the time format from 'III' (all integer) to 'AAA' (all ANSI).
