Hi Stuart,

This is just a shot in the dark, but in addition to Chris's recommendations, you might want to have your MVS System programmer check and compare the installation of both test and prod TDPs. One issue that can be overlooked is that the lpalib member HXISXMS must be FIXED in memory, that is, non-swappable. If it's not, client utilities may sporadically fail with SOC4 errors.
