Would the question be stated as 'show me my max cumulative spool at its cumulative peak (and the time that peak occurred) for a given period time) '?

The problem is the over time. Each peak spool could occur days, weeks, months apart, depending on how often it is reset. Would not seem to be an easy question to answer, unless taking the over time factor out and simply summing peak spool for all users, which will not give you the answer I believe you are looking for.

Also, don't forget temp space as a part of that formula.
